Eating enough fruits and veggies is really tough for me.  I love fruit, but often I buy it and forget about it, and then it goes bad.  And I don’t like most veggies.

It also feels a little overwhelming sometimes – thinking about exactly how many servings of fruits and veggies you’re supposed to eat, and when you’re going to fit them in.  If you haven’t learned exactly what these parameters are, or seen other people fit in “freggies” with their meals, it can be difficult to figure out how to do it.

Although I don’t seem to have any problem fitting in enough protein, especially now that I’ve discovered Dannon’s Banana Cream Greek yogurt, which is like a little cup of heaven.

But I digress.

That’s why I thought this article was really cool! It not only gives suggestions for fitting your fruits and veggies in, but provides awesome visuals of exactly what daily serving sizes look like.

If, like me, you are frenemies with your freggies, check it out!
